Yes. You create separate positions for each staff type: Adjunct Instructor, Custodial, Food Service, etc. and each employee is assigned their position. You can build and view schedules filtered by position type, so instructional and classified schedules stay organized in the same platform without mixing.

Build your semester schedule as a template at the start of each term. At the end of the semester, adjust the template for the next term's class schedule and copy it forward. Staff who remain from the prior semester carry over automatically. New hires are added before the first week's schedule is published.
