Yes. Each job site is a separate location in ZoomShift with its own address. You set a geofence radius for that location — typically 100-300 feet for a job site, wider for a large campus project. Workers can only clock in when their phone is within the geofence. Failed clock-in attempts from outside the radius are logged and visible to the supervisor.
Superintendents can reschedule, cancel, or modify shifts from the ZoomShift mobile app or web interface from any location. Affected workers receive an immediate notification of the change — push, text, or email based on their preference. The schedule updates in real time so no one shows up to a site that's rained out.
Each job site is a separate location in ZoomShift. Timesheet reports can be exported filtered by location, giving you total hours worked at each site by employee. That data feeds into your job costing process directly. You can export in CSV format for import into accounting or project management software.
