Yes. Create positions in ZoomShift corresponding to your queue types — Inbound Support, Outbound Sales, Tier-2 Escalation, etc. Assign each agent to their qualified positions. Build the schedule by position so you can see queue coverage at a glance. Open shift notifications for a specific queue go only to agents with that position qualification.
In your ZoomShift time clock settings, you set a window — for example, agents can clock in no more than 5 minutes before their scheduled shift start. An agent who tries to clock in 15 minutes early receives an error and cannot clock in until the window opens. This applies across the web time clock and the mobile app.
Yes. When an agent submits a swap request, the supervisor receives a notification and can approve or deny directly from the mobile app or web interface. If approved, the schedule updates automatically and both agents receive a confirmation notification. If denied, the original assignment remains and the requesting agent is notified.
Each employee's profile can reflect their local time zone.
